　　Shenzhen Jingzhen Construction Supervision Company, formerly Shenzhen Jingzhen Construction Site Management Company, was founded in May, 1985 as a subsidiary of Beijing Construction Engineering Group. In August 1992, the company was renamed as Shenzhen Jingzhen Construction Supervision Company.

　　The company has the Class A construction supervision qualification first issued by the Ministry of Construction, the Class C electromechanical installation supervision qualification and the one of first Class A national bidding agency qualification. In September 2004, Construction Cost Consultation Company was founded and the Class B construction cost consultation was obtained.

　　What the company advocates is that quality is the life and hope of the enterprise. All works should spin around the quality policy, that is, to be customer-oriented, scientific, standardized, well-organized and honest and to constantly improve the quality of supervision". In 2001 we are ISO9001 ： 2000 certified and acquired the review approval in September, 2004.

　　The company boasts powerful technical team for complete professional equipment and a rational talent structure as well as a well-run human resource mechanism including training, evaluation and employment. Now there are 149 technical and managerial staffers, involving all respects of the project management. 　　Since the foundation, the company is engaged in the project supervision, the bidding agency and the construction cost consultation and wide all-track project management and construction consultation. The company has completed a long list of construction projects such as large-scale public constructions, super high-rise office buildings, five-star hotels, residential district and industrial factories. The company has successively taken up more than one hundred construction supervision operations such as Shenzhen Citizen Center , Wuzhou Hotel, and so on, with the total construction area of nearly five million square meters and the total investment of over RMB 20 billion. Among these projects, more than ten projects have been awarded as the provincial and municipal showcase projects and four projects won the Luban Award by the Ministry of Construction.

　　The company is well established for high reputation and excellent achievements. In 1997 Shenzhen Municipal Government awarded our company the title "the Civilized Enterprise". Our company was selected as the national-advanced construction supervision enterprise by the Ministry of Construction and the Chinese Construction Supervision Association in Jan. 2000, the advanced construction supervision enterprise of Guangdong province in 2004, the advanced construction supervision enterprise and tendering agent of Shenzhen City in 2005.

　　At the present, the company also acts as executive director of Guangdong Supervising Engineers Association, the deputy chairman of Shenzhen Supervising Engineers Association and Shenzhen Bidding Agents Association, shouldering the task to promote the development of construction consultation.
