Some large scale office building include Citizen Center ( 200,000 m 2 ， 19.5 billion yuan RMB), Time Financial Center ( 75,500 m 2 ), Anlian Building ( 93,000 m 2 ， 150 meters high), Nuode Center ( 90,000 m 2 ， 200 meters high), Planning Building( 33,000 m 2 ， 1.6 billion yuan), Fujian Broadcast and TV Center( 135,000 m 2 ).

Some large scale R&D center and workshop include Huawei Electric Center ( 160,000m 2 ), Huawei Research & Administration Center ( 300,000m 2 ), Huawei Laboratory Center ( 81,000m 2 ), R&D center of China Merchant Bank ( 56,000m 2 ), Qiye Industrial Standard Plant (( 18,000m 2 ). These projects are similar to Measurement Specialties Inc. New Factory.

Huawei Research & Administration Center was awarded the National Luban Prize, Model of Guangdong province, Golden Ox Prize of Shenzhen City. Anlian Building was awarded the Quality Prize of Shenzhen City, Huawei Laboratory Center , Nuode Center and Planning Building was awarded the Quality Structure Prize of Shenzhen City.

The total project scale amounts to 5 million square meters in which office building occupy 17%, and plant 12%.
